Wanted: 1962 T-bird
My name is Donnie, and I live in Louisville Ky.
I'm looking to buy a rough-but-running, or restorable 62 'bird. This was my first car back in the 60's, and I'm looking to re-live my youth a little. I'll consider a 61 or 63. Car needs to be [relatively] rust-free with no major wrecks or body damage, and the interior and trim needs to be present. All other aspects are un-important, as I plan to restore it, I just need the hard parts there so I have a solid foundation to start with. Engine/drivetrain/suspension not important as these will be rebuilt or replaced. Looking to spend between $750 [for a no motor basket case] to $2500 [for a rough-but-running driver] As close to Louisville as possible, but I will travel for the right car and or price.
