Smile Bolt pattern for wheels

I'm thinking of swapping out the drum brakes in front on my '61 to '65 disc brakes. Can anyone tell me if the bolt patterns are different? Also, if I replace the '61 drums with the '65 spindle, rotor and caliper will the track width be different and if so by how much? I already know that I won't be able to use the '61 wheels with the new disc brakes as the caliper sticks out too far and will hit the wheel but I plan on using different wheels.

Thanks!

John
