62 Birdy Was Driving Fine. Backed Out Of A Parking Spot And She Was Locking Up. Every Stop She Dragged The Brakes.whats My First Move ?

Master cylinder may be not returning completely when you let go the brake pedal. Could be dirt or the booster may be on its way out.
