Anyone know why this cars idle increases when it is stopped and your foot it on the brake? Get off the pedal and it drops to normal.

I can only guess that it's sucking air from the power brake booster.

My error. The idle DROPS about 200 rpm with brake applied at stop. Blown power steering booster?? No leaks and master cylinder is full.

I think you probably have the answer. Bad booster.
