Fuel pump question???

On my 57 T-Bird 312 there's 2 small holes on the side of my fuel pump. These are spraying a fine mist of either oil or gas when I rev it up. Is this normal or is my pump fixing to go bad? Thanks!

lex446,

I believe that most of the guys here will verify that your diaphragm has a hole or tear in it, and the fuel pump requires a rebuild or replacement.
