Tims Thunderbird sells specific insrtuctions that he wrote up on the easiest way to change the entire dash. usually there only about $150.00. You may know all this but i thought i would just run it by you. Good luck

Just an opinion, but a "cap" would just not look right due to the design.
It is a major project to change, so may as well do it right. Have seen a few good used ones sell on e-bay, even if you have to dye them, could be a considerable savings over a re-cover professionally done. swi66 |
