I'm guessing you can tell us what a "seat actuator" is.. A switch? Seat track? or other?

It is the cylinder that goes on the back side of the passenger power seat that is controlled by the lever that allows the seat to fold back completly or stay upright. It is controlled by a cable see previous thread. It is also called a seat lock.
