Are these the factory wire baskets used with the small hubcaps as 56 Birds never came from the factory with wire wheels.

These are Kelsey heyes real wire wheels ,,with spinners as I described,,installed by the minter collection,,,most show birds etc wear them,,yes I know where they originate being a 45 year owner,,,,wire baskets are a notorious pain
