I think this might be an original tire for a 65, 66,67 thunderbird. Its on ebay now, maybe it will be valuable to someone.

Sounds like I'm lucky - the spare on my '66 is cross-ply with one red and one white thin sidewall, looks brand new.

Shame the rest are wide white-sidewall radials. (but better for actual road use I guess)
