Cigarette lighter adapter
Wondering if anyone is having success using the lighter for power. My lighter works (gets hot) but the adapter I had from Amazon doesn't (works in lots of other cars). I'm wondering if anyone had any issue or suggestions.

The lighter receptacle is a simple device. The body is ground and the hot lead is an insulated button on the bottom. If the lighter works then the receptacle is good. The Amazon plug probably doesn't line up correctly, or the receptacle itself is corroded.
