Problems with dashboard lighting

Hi everybody,

please excuse my English but i am a German Owner of a 1973 TBird.
I have the following electrical Problem:
After a short time driving with the lights on the dashboard lighting and the tail lights are starting to flicker. You can hear some kind of a "klicking" noise in the middle of the Dashboard. Like from a relay.

Any ideas
