deck doesn't close
 

I have a 62 convertible. The tops cylinders, all relays, the pump and the deck solenoid have been replaced. Top goes up and down fine. Flip lid operates fine. The deck goes up but won't come down. When the deck should be going down the only thing moving is the screws, the pump isn't running so of course the deck cylinders don't retract. I'm thinking it might be a switch but I don't know which one or how to test them. Any ideas?

could be anything, Deck close limit switch, Deck close relay faulty or bad connection on that, Upper back panel limit switch out of adjustment. Really need the top manual for your car to trouble shoot and see what each relay does.
