What year? If 61-64, get them from a 66.

Thanks for reply. It's a 62. I keep seeing problems with converting from single to dual master cylinder because of shock tower brace. Any thoughts about that?

Yes you will no doubt have problems with the brace. I'm not totally across 62's but wit the 64 some people use a 66 shock tower bracket they are curved and will give you some extra room but I think it is still close. A 70's mustang brake master cylinder with a flat top or a Willwood flat top may work. I have never seen one in person. I wouldn't buy a brake kit some of them are a bit dodgy unless maybe the one from ABS Power Brakes. Make sure you get a master cylinder for front disc and drums if going for disc brakes or drum, drum for drum brakes as they are different. You may also need a proportioning valve for disc's.

Thanks, everything you said is helpful, especially about being careful about using a brake kit.

Sorry forgot you will also need 15" wheels, spindles, lower control arms, basicly everything from the 66.

Any thoughts about the 15" wheels? I have a sports roadster and it has the factory 14x5.5 wide wire wheels. The reproduction wire wheels are either 15x5 or 15x6. I was thinking the 15x6 but not sure if there will be any clearance problems.
