Arrow 56 Bird..Best tires???

Recently purchased a 56 bird..what tires should I use? Nylon, radial? My original tires are 710x15's, should I stick with a similar tire or switch to radials? Thank you for your comments.

If you want to show the car in a top concours, go the bias ply route. If you want the best bet for a driver, go the radials route. When I first restored my 55 I went with the bias plies and the car tramlined every crack in the road. Two years later I switched to radials and the transformation in the ride and driveability was amazing. Presently I have the 195/75/15 Coker wide whitewalls and couldn't be happier.
