Oh, keep in mind this is before the detail. ie: cleaning up the oxidized chrome, rebleaching the white walls and a full light cut/polish/and wax. even though the car sat in a garage and under a cover since it's full restoration, it still was showing. Not anymore though |

WOW!!
REALLY NICE!! You are no doubt the coolest "kid" on the block. When I was looking for my 56 I was looking for a "Goldenglow Yellow" but they are hard to come by. I was considering the "Peacock Blue" when I ran across my Greenie - plus it had some other history of it that connects it to where I live. I just didn't want the typical white, black or red. If you are going to draw attention to your car it might just as well REALLY stand out. Again, looks GREAT. Jim

derek,
Here's an online site you need to check out and then bookmark, or better yet, download a copy for your files in case the site ever goes down. Page Title Its a Tbird site for small birds with a collection of items on all aspects of the car, from fixing power windows to tuning the carb. A lot of old timer experts have included articles. Its a treasure trove of invaluable info I found years ago. If it takes you to a mostly blank page and stops, just click on the "Skip the Ad". Let me know how you make out with it. |
