Power windows don't work
 

Ok team here is what I have. 57 has power windows and neither operate. I have power going through the regulator under the hood. So because neither side is working it is probably the 30amp breaker. But I will be dammed if I can find that breaker. It shows up in the wiring diagram and the service manual says its under the dash, but if it is I sure can't find it. Do I need to pull the dash out? Help?

I'm not sure how they did it in 57, but the panel in my 64 has breakers above the glass fuses that are more-or-less integrated into the panel. I had to remove the kick panel entirely to access them, disconnect the terminals from the screw-lugs, and pry them out.
