57 Steering linkage parts unknown

I'm reassembling my steering linkage on my 57 with power steering. Despite my pre-removal photos I cannot identify the parts in the attached photo. The metal shallow cone shaped "washers" fit into the black hard plastic "seals". The metal washers have the number "9" or maybe its a "6" stamped on the surface. They look similar to what I see on the ball joints (which I did not remove). The black plastic is similar to the tie rod seals, but the ones I purchased are much more pliable rubber.
I am totally clueless generally and specifically what the springs are for. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
