Thumbs up Lowering 57 suspension

I’m wanting to lower the suspension 2’’. I’ve seen photos of a 57 with it done, but don’t know by what means it was done. Was it just a shorter coil, or were drop-spindles also used. If you’ve done this, or know from which vendor I can source the parts, I would appreciate it. The car has already been converters to 4wheel disc brakes with 15” wheels. The car was already non-original when I purchased, so I’m not “ raping a virgin” as one member on a different forum commented. Thanks for any assistance.

Fat man Fabrications,
They can lower your bird.
If you go with dropped spindles, know what parts are in your disc brake conversion.

Thanks for your response. I’m converting to coil overs on front suspension.

Thanks, for your reply.
Let me know how the conversion goes. I'm considering that, myself, on my 56.
Good luck.

. The coil overs I purchased were suggested by Rays Thunder Garage part # QA1-GS401-10500C. The car is still in paint shop, so installation is not done yet.
