New Member checking in From WA state

Greetings All - I am a new member, I have been hanging out at the FE.com and 385.com forums for a while now and thought, I have enough engine info.

I have 4 birds: one each 64,65,66 and one 64 parts car. I have a GT390 built for one, a 428 basket case to build for another, and I'll be putting a stroked 460 (385) series in the other.

They are all in fair unrestored condition, but I'll have years of work ahead of me. I am glad to have found this forum and should be everyday for years gathering, asking, answering and making new friends.

I am in the NW corner of WA state near the Canadian border, engines and drivetrain are my specialty, I am not into stock anything and always figure I can retool it better than the factory. That may be sacreligious to some Tbird purists, but to each his own.

I have lots of parts to buy and sell, so if you need or have any 4,5,or 6 parts don't hesitate to ask. I hope to rework the shock towers, build free flowing headers and even look at rack and pinion steering for one of my cars. I love performance and cruising and hope to road trip with some of you in the future.

I have a 2,000 sq ft. shop I converted in our familys old dairy barn, it used to house 80 cows at milking time and now it's home to my new life's work of Tbirds - I hope to hear from some of you. - Later, WildBill

Got parts?

I have a fairly large amount of interior chrome and other exterior bits for flairbirds, including 4 rear seat backs, all in parchment (in '65 and '66 upholstery pattern). I don't need any of these items as I have only my '65 Special Landau. and it is good with respect to parts and pieces. Actually have all manner of odd bits that was left with me by a friend that has moved away have no place to store these extra bits. Free to good home, but, shipping could be a concern, I live in Phoenix, Az. Is there anything you may need?
