changing rear seal (66 390)

hey....

anyone out there with the knowledge of changing
the rear main seal and might have some input...
would be much 'preciated. I presently have the
motor out right now doing some detailing and
change the cam and lifters.
...have not dealt with changing a seal before
without droping the crank.
