driveplate differences

Wondering if anyone can help..is there a different driveplate/flywheel for the Cruisomatic and the C6? if so is it the crank bolt pattern, torque converter bolt spacing or both?
Has anyone fitted a 428 crank to a cruisomatic?
cheers

Yes... there is a difference.

Not sure if the Cruise-O-Matic can handle the additional HP and Torque of the 428 engine. I'd swap in a C-6 along with the 428 if your installing it in an older model. The C-6 is a much superior tranny and their available almost anywhere. You'd probably have to make a custom tranny mount, but thats not too difficult to fabricate.
