Yes, 64, 65 and 66 coupes are the same. The window rubber is readily available from any of the suppliers. Check with them as well for the glass, many have parts cars.

Depends on driving habits. The 05 we have gets about 15 with the wife driving in town. I drive on trips and get a solid 23 - 24 (type of gas, 91 or 93, 5% or 10%) running with the cruise on 75 - 80.

No easy one with this problem. The seat mounts in the floor boards don't allow for any front to back relocation of the holes. Best to pull the seat out, take the track off, cut the mount tab off...
